SENIOR STAFF PROFILES


Nigel J. Carter (Hons), ACIS, TEP (British) graduated with a degree in Economics and International Relations and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). He spent a number of years in Hong Kong and headed up the business services unit of a large accountancy firm there as an Associate Partner before leaving to become a director of a trust company in the Isle of Man. He joined the Landmark group in 2000 and is now a director and shareholder in the group holding company and Managing Director of LFS.



Kelvin J. Mitchell TEP (Swiss) is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) responsible for a number of clients on a day to day basis. He has been working in the Trust business, here in Switzerland, since 2001 and has extensive experience with private client work and with Swiss regulatory and banking requirements. Before moving to Switzerland he was a member of the RAF for 22 years.



Ian F. Ledger (British) since graduating from the University of Wales, Cardiff, he spent time with Barclays Bank plc, NM Rothschild and Sons, and Kleinwort Benson, before moving to the Principality of Monaco in 1985. This move enabled him to channel his accumulated experience of offshore trust and corporate matters into building up Landmark Management SAM. He is the group Chairman and a Director of LFS.



Muriel Mercier (French) is a part qualified TEP Practitioner and an affiliated member of STEP. She is a Trust Officer responsible for a number of clients on a day to day basis. She joined LFS in 2007. During the first two years she worked partly for STEP Swiss Romande where she was responsible for the back office. During the years she gained a wide experience and was promoted to become a Trust Officer in 2013.
